Smoked Salt Flowers - Smoking has been a specialty of Petrossian since the 1930s, so it was only a matter of time before we perfected this sublime pairing of smoke and salt. Our “salt flowers” are prepared with the same time-honored techniques of our smoked fish: smoked at low temperature for more than 10 hours in traditional wood ovens. The result is a seasoning filled with fragrance, imparting notes of fresh fish, gazpachos, raw fish, soups, shrimp and other tempting flavors.
Armenian Herbal Salt Flowers - Inspired by the perfumed herbs of the Armenia’s high plateaus, we’ve taken our fleur de sel even further with four tantalizing fragrances: Blue Basil, Menthol Thyme, Tarragon and Oregano.
