How much will shipping cost?
Perishables: FedEX Next Day AM, $35 – Applies to Petrossian perishables such as caviar and smoked fish and uses our exclusive Stay Fresh packaging process.
Semi-Perishables: Second Day Air, $23 or Third Day Air, $19 – For Petrossian semi-perishable items like chocolates or baked goods, Petrossian offers either second or third day delivery.
Non-Perishables: Second Day Air, $23, Third Day Air, $19, or Ground, $15 – Petrossian non-perishable items, such as serving pieces, have second and third day options as well as ground shipping. Note: We can not guarantee the delivery date of Ground Shipping.
Local Shipping: All orders in Manhattan in select zip codes can be delivered next day for a flat fee of $20. If your order is placed before 12 noon, you can ask for same day delivery.
Saturday Deliveries are $50.00 for any of the above.

What is your satisfaction guarantee and your return policy?
All merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for returns. All claims must be made within twenty-four hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorization code will be issued. No returns will be accepted without this code. Once claim is received and accepted by Petrossian, we will automatically reship merchandise. Please keep all packaging intact for any returns.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your personal information is sent securely over a 128-bit encrypted connection. Alternatively, you can also place your order over the phone by calling our toll-free number: 1 800 828 9241.
Will my order stay fresh during shipping?
Yes. We use the highest shipping standards and our Stay Fresh shipping method has been refined over our 20 years of experience in mail order and e-commerce!
How will my order stay fresh during shipping?
• Advanced refrigeration technology keeps your caviar and perishable items at the lowest possible temperature without freezing.
• Your Items packed to order so you’re sure to get the freshest product we have in stock.
• Isothermic packaging and Styrofoam wrap keeps your perishable items fresh for more than 48 hours, even though your order will ship overnight.
• Buy with confidence, we use FedEx’s special PeriShip service, the leading service for perishable delivery.
• You will get a FedEx live tracking link as soon as you order leaves our building
• In case of extreme weather, our dedicated team will work with FedEx to re-route your package.
• Your shipment is monitored by our customer service all the way to your doorstep!
Will you ship to a PO Box?
No. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes
I live in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, can you ship there?
Yes. There is a $15 surcharge for addresses in these areas.
I live in Manhattan, is there a special delivery service for the area?
Yes. We use our own courier for Manhattan deliveries in select zip codes. There is a $20 shipping fee.
You can get same-day delivery if you place your order before noon.
Do you require someone to sign for the package at delivery?
This is up to you. During checkout, you will specify whether to require a signature at delivery. Note: Alcohol deliveries do require someone 21 years or older to sign for the package.
Do you ship on national holidays?
No. We can not deliver packages on the following holidays or the day thereafter: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We are also unable to deliver overnight on Mondays.
What delivery days can I select for my order?
For perishable items: Tuesday thru Saturday
For non-perishable items: Monday thru Saturday
Why don’t you deliver overnight on Monday?
We do not want perishable items such as caviar to sit in transit on Sunday which is a shipping holiday.
Can I select a Saturday delivery date?
Yes. Please note that ALL Saturday deliveries are $50. This includes Manhattan addresses
Can I track my order status?
Yes. If your order ships FedEx, you will receive a tracking link within minutes of the FedEx pick up from our offices. If you live in Manhattan, we deliver with our own couriers and we know where your package is at all times.
I’ve ordered wine or champagne, does it ship differently?
Yes. Wine is shipped by our exclusive wine partner and their distributors in specific states.
What are the shipping charges for wine and champagne
This depends on your order delivery date. Wine and Champagne ship separately from other Petrossian products.
The prices below are for 1 to 12 bottles.
Ground is $13.50
2nd Day is $18.50
Next Day is $21.50
Multiply the above charges by two for 13 to 24 bottles - The cost is calculated for multiples of 12 bottles
I have wine and other Petrossian products in my order, how much will shipping cost?
The shipping charges for wine and champagne will added to the applicable shipping charges for Petrossian-shipped products.
