A single bite of a "seashell cake so strictly pleated outside and so sensual inside" sent Marcel Proust into a poetic reverie. In addition to the traditional Madeleine with a hint of lemon, we also offer these meltingly rich mini pound cakes in Cranberry-Lemon and Chocolate-Orange. Baked daily in the Petrossian kitchens, adapted from the same Commercy recipe served in Versailles during the reign of Louis XV. 8 cookies.
